Karla Camarata, President and Direct Hire Recruiter

Karla's extensive background covers 22 years in the Staffing Industry.  Having worked in the New Jersey & New York markets for most of her career, Karla has participated in overseeing major accounts at various on-sites such as BMW & IBM, managing successful branches and training/recruiting newcomers into the Staffing Industry.  Her niche markets include Hospitality, Biotech/Clinical, Accounting/Financial, Mortgage/Banking, Human Resources, Legal, Administrative, Light Industrial & Medical  Staffing.  She has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, Glaxo Smith Kline, Pepsi Cola, Tommy Hilfiger, Washington Mutual (WAMU), Cablevision and Metro One.  Karla has bid on and been awarded contracts with the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) (Medical), Union County College, Montclair State University & GMAC Residential Mortgage, to name a few.  Karla has relocated to the Cape Canaveral area and is currently working on developing relationships with local Hotels, Resorts and Country Clubs in the Hospitality Sector with a concentration in the Florida market.  Karla will also be handling the Resume Writing Services and Job Coaching for Pinnacle Executive Search.

Maura Bethon, Direct Hire Recruiter - Medical/Clinical/BioTech

Maura recently joined Pinnacle Executive Search, specializing in the Medical/Clinical field. Maura comes to Pinnacle Executive Search with several years of recruiting in Direct Hire as well as Contract Employees. Maura is a Certified Employment Recruiter with 12 years Human Resource experience in the Medical, Education and Manufacturing industries.  Maura recently was employed by a National Staffing firm located in Melbourne, Fl., serving as an on-site Recruiter in a large Medical/Clinical facility in all medical areas.  Her background in Human Resources serves as a catalyst for working with Employment Managers.  Maura is an established Floridian, having relocated here 13 years ago. Maura is a graduate of Champlain College in Vermont and continued studies at Adelphi Univsity in Long Island, NY.  Maura welcomes the opportunity to work with Pinnacle Executive Search, Inc. and we are very excited to have her expertise to bring to the table.

Charles "Chuck" Ford, Direct Hire Recruiter - IT/Engineering

Chuck has recently joined Pinnacle Executive Search, specializing in the IT/Engineering field.  Chuck is a graduate of Arizona State University and obtained an Honorable Discharge from the United States Air Force.  Chuck has over 30 years of Aerospace Manufacturing experience with both Sperry Flight System and Honeywell Electronics Division.   Chuck's background includes work in Quality Control, Engineering, Engineering Support, Information Systems, and Customer Support.  Chuck will be handling the Recruiting process on a National basis for IT/Engineering.
